Asbestos Building Inspector Initial : 24 Hours (3 Days) Click here to Register
EPA Regulations require inspections on buildings for asbestos prior to conducting any renovation or demolition. Only an AHERA accredited asbestos building inspector can sample/inspect such materials to determine if they are asbestos. The Building Inspector course meets the EPA/AHERA training requirement and is CA/DOSH Approved. The training is also required as part of the State of California Division of Occupational Safety and health California Site Surveillance Technicians and Certified Asbestos Consultants (CAC’S) Program.
Asbestos Building Inspector Refresher : 4 Hours Click here to Register
California DOSH & EPA requires an annual Asbestos Building Inspector 4-hour refresher course for Asbestos Building Inspectors and Certified Asbestos Consultants/ Site Surveillance Technician’s in order to obtain, maintain and/or renew certification(s).
Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor Initial : 40 hours (5 days) Click here to Register
This EPA Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor accreditation course is for those who will supervise asbestos abatement projects, including work associated with Asbestos Work Class I and II. Accreditation is mandatory for anyone supervising asbestos removal work and is to be identified as the competent person. The training is also required as part of the State of California Division of Occupational Safety and Health California Site Surveillance Technicians and Certified Asbestos Consultants (CAC’S) Program.

California DOSH & EPA requires an annual 8-hour Asbestos Contractor refresher course for Asbestos Contractor Supervisors and Certified Asbestos Consultants/Site Surveillance Technician’s in order to obtain, maintain and/or renew certification(s).
Asbestos Management Planner Initial : 16 hours (2 days) Click here to Register
This EPA Asbestos Management accreditation course is for those who will designed for anyone who assesses the hazard posed by the presence of asbestos or asbestos-containing material and/or who recommends appropriate response actions and develops a schedule for such response actions. Accreditation is mandatory for anyone who develops asbestos management plans and procedures for the management of asbestos in buildings. Training is also required as part of the State of California Division of Occupational Safety and Health Certified Asbestos Consultants (CAC’S) Program.

California DOSH & EPA requires an annual 4-hour Asbestos Management Planner refresher course for Management Planners and Certified Asbestos Consultants in order to obtain, maintain and/or renew certification(s).
Asbestos Project Designer Initial : 24 hours (3 days) Click here to Register
A person must be
accredited as a project designer to design any of the following activities with
respect to friable ACBM in a school or public and commercial building: Asbestos
response action , a maintenance
activity that disturbs friable asbestos containing materials, or
a response action for a major fiber release episode. Training is also required as part of the State of California Division of Occupational Safety and Health Certified Asbestos Consultants (CAC’S) Program.

California DOSH & EPA requires an annual 4-hour Asbestos Management Planner refresher course for Management Planners and Certified Asbestos Consultants in order to obtain, maintain and/or renew certification(s).
Asbestos Worker Initial : 32 Hours (4 days) Click here to Register
A person must be accredited as a worker to perform activities where asbestos containing materials are to be removed in a school or public and commercial building: All persons seeking accreditation as asbestos abatement workers shall complete this 4–day training course which includes lectures, demonstrations, at hands-on training, A person who is otherwise accredited as a contractor/supervisor may perform in the role of a worker without possessing separate accreditation as a worker.

California DOSH & EPA requires an annual 8-hour Asbestos Worker refresher course for all worker who will be performing and otherwise engaging in asbestos removal and disturbance.
Asbestos Cement Pipe Initial : 4 - 8 Hours Click here to Register
California Department of Public Health (DOSH) Approved Asbestos Cement Pipe Course is offered by ENCORP, and offered as an alternative to full curriculum asbestos worker classes in a 4 or 8 hour initial and refresher package. This course will cover the basic elements necessary to establish limited asbestos cement pipe operations including cutting, drilling, tying, and other cement pipe related operations allowing you staff to provide as needed repairs and operations in house versus traditional abatement training.

Asbestos - Operations & Maintenance : 16 hours (2 day) Click here to Register
Often referred to as Asbestos Awareness, 16 hours O & M, and Asbestos Worker Class III, this course provides the training needed for those workers who may disturb small amounts of asbestos as part of plumbing, electrical, repair, restoration etc. It fulfills the requirements for OSHA Class III work, as well as requirements under EPA/AHERA rules, schools and public building policies.
OSHA Construction standard: For Class III and IV asbestos work, the competent person shall be trained in aspects of asbestos handling appropriate for the nature of the work, to include procedures for setting up glove bags and mini-enclosures, practices for reducing asbestos exposures, use of wet methods, the contents of this standard, and the identification of asbestos. Such training shall include successful completion of a course that is consistent with EPA requirements for training of local education agency maintenance and custodial staff as set forth at 40 CFR 763.92(a)(2), or its equivalent in stringency, content, and length. Competent persons for Class III and IV work, may also be trained pursuant to the requirements of paragraph (o)(4)(i) of this section.

General Asbestos Awareness : 2 hour Click here to Register
Often referred to as General Asbestos Awareness, 1 hour asbestos awareness, and Asbestos Worker Class IV this course provides custodial and maintenance personnel with basic knowledge of asbestos-containing materials, how to respond to asbestos emergencies, recognize asbestos hazards, and how to prevent exposure to themselves and building occupants. The class satisfies the AHERA and OSHA Class IV requirements for training employees who have the potential to come into contact with, but do not disturb asbestos containing materials.
