A Phase I assessment is a survey inspection of past and present land use to identify potential hazardous substances and contaminants affecting the immediate property. A typical assessment consists of current site evaluation, evaluation of past site use and practices, construction records, title search, aerial photos, site maps, inventory of on-site hazardous materials, material safety data sheets (MSDS), and environmental file and permits review.
A Phase II assessment survey is conducted to confirm the presence of suspected hazardous materials found within the immediate property. A typical assessment would consist of developing a tailored testing protocol, site excavation and boring (soil), sampling and identifying hazardous waste, sampling past spills and leakage, and preparation of a Contamination Assessment Report (CAR).
In a typical Phase III abatement, or remediation project, we develop a remediation action plan, provide site monitoring and testing, and closeout with the appropriate documentation.

An IAQ investigation includes inspections and sampling tailored to the projects needs and requirements. The wide range of inspections consist of indoor/outdoor assessments, sick building syndromes, comfort parameters, HVAC compliance testing and analysis, allergens and bacteria, VOC's, various gasses and air borne contaminants.
